“I protect and fight for those who can’t protect and fight for themselves.”As a long time litigator my cases include criminal, civil, elder abuse and probate cases but my primary focus is on wrongful death of the elderly as a result of negligence or abuse in Nursing Homes or other places where the elderly live. It may involve a grandson who took care of his grandmother and she rewarded him by giving him her house but the rest of the family wanted the house to be sold and the proceeds divided among them. Sometimes it’s a daughter whose father, while he was alive, gave his daughter his house and the government later said “She stole it from him”. And other times it is a quadriplegic who is abused and neglected in a nursing home. In short, I protect those who can’t protect themselves.””
